Black Hole

A short animation to get 8-14 year-olds interested in science, using black holes as a starting point.

Black holes are just theory, there is no way to prove that they exist and we know very little about them. This sense of mystery is a great way to get children involved, I asked a group of fifty 8-14 year olds from Mount House School 'what do you think could happen inside a black hole'. They were also asked to illustrate their theories. I selected four of the most fun and interesting ideas to turn into an animation, keeping it as close to the original material as possible.
